By accessing or using Marwiz Living or the Marwiz Guard App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Marwiz Living offers digital solutions for:

Visitor & gate management
Delivery tracking
Community announcements
Issue reporting & service requests
Guard access control through Marwiz Guard App

All features are cloud-based and accessible through supported devices.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

Provide accurate personal and community information
Use the app for lawful purposes
Not misuse or attempt to hack the system
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

Tamper or interfere with security systems
Provide false visitor information
Misuse alerts, announcements, or reporting features
Attempt unauthorized access to admin tools or data

5. Data Usage

All data collected is governed by the Marwiz Living Privacy Policy.
Data includes:

Visitor logs
Resident profiles
Contact information
Delivery logs
Guard activities

Users grant Marwiz a limited license to process data for service delivery.

6. License

Users receive a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use Marwiz Living. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the software.

7. Service Availability

Marwiz Living aims to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime due to:

Maintenance
Network issues
Third-party failures

8. Termination

Marwiz may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Terms violation
Misuse
Security risks
Non-payment

9. Liability

Marwiz is not responsible for:

Loss of data
Downtime
Misuse of the app by guards or residents
Delays caused by external systems (network, devices, etc.)

6. Governing Law

All terms are governed by the laws of India.
